Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT LOUD) is a specialised form of speech therapy for people with Parkinson's Disease (PD) and other neurological conditions affecting voice.

 

LSVT LOUD has shown benefit in both PD and other forms of parkinsonism including progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP). It has also shown to be effective in patients with speech impairments arising from multiple sclerosis, stroke and cerebral palsy.
