Individual
Therapy
In-patient

In-patient services occur within a hospital setting in both ICU and general wards. These services include therapy for dysphagia (swallowing difficulties), speech, language and cognitive impairments.

Out-patient

Individual therapy:
Individual therapy allows for one-on-one therapeutic intervention for your specific impairments and needs. These sessions take place at Gina’s rooms or if required home visits are offered.

Group therapy:
There are significant benefits of group therapy. Social interaction and communication with multiple conversational partners allows the patient to practice their communication skills in order to simulate real life interactions.

Caregiver training and support:

Caregiver training and support for both employed caregivers and family members is offered. Caregiver training can enhance and optimize the patient’s newly acquired communication skills.

Home visits:

Therapy sessions within a patient’s home are offered to patients who may be restricted due to mobility. Patients who reside in old-age homes or long term care facilities may benefit from sessions occurring within their familiar environment. Please enquire if home visits are available in your area.
